Messy is a Mediterranean-meets-Japanese fast casual structured around grilled skewers served à la carte, or as sandwiches or plates. The team set out to bring together the streamlined yet warm and sophisticated service style they experienced while traveling in Japan with a more casual, quick-service concept, and a menu that upholds Lighthouse’s sustainable ethos and spectrum of Mediterranean flavors alongside Japan’s signature simplicity of ingredients.
